In the past few months, we have been running a competition in partnership with I Profile Foundation, calling up children in Kisoboka Africa’s partner communities to share their business ideas that they have been implementing during COVID 19 lock down. We were impressed by the response as 78 applications were received. As a team, we sat down and choose the most practical, innovative and compelling ideas. 10 application were first chosen and so we had to visit each of the chosen applicant to ascertain and learn about their projects. We were impressed with the projects of all children but we had to choose only 6 of them ass final winners who will receive a financial award each to invest and grow their businesses.
